Walking Weekend 2018

WalkingweekendFB_coverimage_final

A weekend of walks, talks, film and food with evening entertainment.
Organised by Marsden Walkers are Welcome and running during the South Pennines Walk and Ride Festival.

There is a great choice of guided walks: from woodland to moorland, from shorter walks to more challenging hikes.

* Family-friendly walks included *

* Stalls from a host of community and ‘outdoorsy’ organisations and vendors *

* Evening food, music and film in The Marsden Mechanics *

Note: many if not all of the EVENTS ARE FREE, just turn up!

But we are encouraging donations in the bucket, to join the walks or if you attend the talks etc: we are volunteer-run and have no funding other than what we can raise ourselves.
(The film eve does require a ticket)

The ticket ‘bundles’ (see link below) represent great value and save you donating in the bucket on the day!

Tickets are available via the Marsden Mechanics events hub.
